Ptz software open source

This plugin adds a PTZ camera control panel to OBS that can control multiple cameras, and can automatically change selected camera based on the currently active preview or program scene. It has been tested on Windows and Linux. MacOS should also work but is untested. This is early software that isn't fully functional. I'm only providing Windows binaries at this time.

Please remember that this plugin is still in development and not everything works yet. MacOS support was only just added in the last release and I didn't get the shared library configuration correct, which is why it would not load for you.

One big wish I have, please could you split the layout vertical instead of horizontal, so that the preset list fills two quarters from top to bottom and the camera list fills only one quarter bottom left?
