Hi; I have a suggestion for you. I just purchased an Epson V Pro. I also have lion, and Epson Scan won't work. I use VMWare Fusion. The workflow is transparent, and smooth. BTW, EpsonScan does a decent job. It installed on my iMac with Lion, and runs perfect.
I suggest you uninstall your current version, and reinstall from Epson site. It works perfect. Marc: I have had crazy trouble getting Ektar to look right with Vuescan.
Usually the problem occurs when the photo is taken in bright sunlight. I did find it interesting though that the Ektar in the profile menu is not the Ektar of today. I wonder if that was throwing it off somehow. I have also questioned the concept of a "raw" scan in Vuescan.
